The CJD Ilmenau offers a wide vocational education program with the aim to enable an entry or re-entry into a career. Job orientation and job preparation allow a career planning.

External and corporate apprenticeships as well as accompanying education aid lead to a training qualification.

Our vocational advanced education program is aligned to the needs of the economy and improves your chances on the job market. We are a licensed institution from the Federal Employment Office according to § 84 SGB III. Our education modules and training qualifications are approved by the court and are certificated by the Admission decree, the Accreditation decree and the advanced training (AZWV).

For the reintegration into a career there are reintegration programs in the form of training programs and job creation schemes. Further on we coordinate programs to create job opportunities on the base of SGB II with our partners, municipalities and nonprofit institutions.

These building blocks of our comprehensive offer can be combined into a complementary personal education program, so that we can consider the special needs of the individual. The instructors and social educators have the essential qualifications and are accepted by the responsible departments.

-         CNC lathing and milling

-         Pneumatic and hydraulic control engineering

-         Electronic basic, skilled and special education

-         Modern sheet metal forming and joining/metal working

-         Plumbing of gas, water and heating

-         Nutrition science and home economics

-         Hotel and catering

-         Wood engineering

-         Gas, electrical, shielded metal arc and gas tungsten arc welding after the European standards

We also offer accommodations in Ilmenau and Arnstadt for education, studies, advanced training, courses, holiday arrangements, group accommodations and much more.
